TERMS OF SERVICE - KARSON STUDIOS LLC 

Effective Date: August 17, 2026

1. SERVICES
Karson Studios provides on-location 15-second vertical promotional video services (9:16 format) for businesses. All filming is done on client premises using client-provided vehicles, property, and location. Videos are optimized for social media including Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

2. PRICING & PAYMENT

  • Used Cars: $100 flat per vehicle (subject to change)
  • Boats & RVs: $200/250 flat per video (subject to change)
  • All pricing is flat rate, per item, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Payment is due at the time of service or before delivery unless otherwise agreed.
  • Client is responsible for payment in full before final files are released.

3. ALL SALES FINAL
All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of on-location video production and editing, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued once filming has begun. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will make reasonable effort to correct editing errors.

4. FILMING ON-SITE / NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES
All filming is conducted on client property, place of business, or designated location. Client grants permission to enter and film on premises.

Karson Studios LLC / is NOT responsible for:

  • Any damage to vehicles, property, equipment, inventory, or premises
  • Any personal injury, accidents, or incidents that occur before, during, or after filming
  • Weather, lighting conditions, or lot conditions
  • Business interruption or loss of sales

Client is solely responsible for securing their property, moving vehicles, ensuring a safe filming environment, and maintaining insurance.

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Client must:

  • Have authority to authorize filming on location
  • Ensure vehicles/areas to be filmed are accessible and legal to film
  • Remove personal items / ensure vehicles are presentable if desired

6. DELIVERY

  • Standard delivery is next business day via digital download link or text.
  • Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, equipment, or volume may occur.
  • 15-second vertical format is standard. Other formats by request only.

7. REVISIONS
One minor revision included (text fix, music swap). Complete re-shoots, new filming, or major edits are billed as new videos.

8. MUSIC LICENSE
Where stated as "Music License Included," video includes a royalty-free / licensed track for social media use. We do not guarantee platform monetization or that platforms will not flag content. Client is responsible for platform compliance. If client provides their own music, client is responsible for licensing.

9. CONTENT & USE

  • Client is granted a non-exclusive license to use delivered video for their own business promotion.
  • We retain the right to use finished videos in our portfolio, website, social media, and marketing as examples of our work.
  • Client is responsible for ensuring all claims in video (price, mileage, features) are accurate.

10. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
We do not guarantee views, sales, leads, or business results. Video is a promotional tool.

11. CANCELLATION
If client cancels before filming, no charge. If crew has arrived on-site, $25 trip fee may apply. If filming has started, full fee applies.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific video(s) in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost profit damages.

13. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
